Hon. Mary Leahy

Mary C. Leahy is a judge of the Minnesota 3rd Judicial District Court, serving Winona County. She was appointed by Governor Tim Pawlenty in 2005 and elected to a full term in 2008, with re-election in 2014 for a term expiring in 2020. She holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (1984) and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law (1990). Prior to her judgeship, she worked as a senior staff attorney at American Family Insurance, an attorney at Hoversten, Johnson, Beckmann and Hovey, an associate attorney at Michael D. Klampe and Associates, and a law clerk for the Third Judicial District. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota.
