Hon. Rod W. Smeltzer

Rod W. Smeltzer is a long-serving circuit court judge in Dunn County, Wisconsin, having been first elected in 1997 and re-elected in 2003, 2009, and 2015. He holds a B.S. from the University of Minnesota (1973), an M.S. from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls (1987), and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (1989). Prior to his judicial tenure, Smeltzer served as an assistant district attorney in Dunn County from 1989 to 1997 and held various administrative roles in the private sector.
