Hon. Jay Tlusty

Jay R. Tlusty has served as a judge on the Lincoln County Circuit Court in Wisconsin since 2004, having been first elected to the position and subsequently re-elected in 2010 and 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1977 and a Juris Doctor from the same institution in 1980. Prior to his judicial appointment, Tlusty practiced law privately from 1980 to 2004. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and has dedicated his career to the administration of justice within the state’s circuit court system.
