Hon. Mark R. Rohrer

Mark R. Rohrer is a judge for the Manitowoc County Circuit Court, Branch 1 in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. He served as a judge from 2013 to 2019 and previously held the position of District Attorney for Manitowoc County from 2003 to 2013. Rohrer earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1987 and his J.D. from Thomas H. Cooley Law School in 1991. His early career included a law clerkship with the State of Michigan Tax Tribunal and an associate attorney role at Olson, Winter & Fox. Rohrer has received multiple awards, including the Wisconsin Association of Homicide Investigators Meritorious Service Award (2008) and the Prosecutor of the Year Certificate of Honorable Mention (2005). He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Manitowoc County Bar Association, and the Manitowoc County Sensitive Crimes Task Force.
