Hon. Kelly Wayne Parker

Kelly W. Parker is a Missouri circuit court judge serving the 42nd Judicial Circuit Court, Division 2. He was first elected in 2006 and has been re-elected in 2008 and 2014, with his current term expiring December 31, 2020. Prior to his judgeship, Parker served as an associate judge in Iron County, a state representative for Missouri's 150th District, and as a prosecuting attorney in Dent County. He earned a B.A. from Southwest Missouri State University and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
