Hon. Calvin R. Holden

Calvin Holden is a Missouri circuit court judge who has served the 31st Judicial Circuit Court, Division 5 since his appointment in March 1996. A graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in political science (1977) and a J.D. from Drake University (1980), Judge Holden has a long-standing record of judicial service. He was elected to Division 5 in 1996 and subsequently re-elected in 2000, 2006, and 2012, running unopposed in the latter election. His performance has been consistently recommended for retention by the 31st Circuit Judicial Performance Evaluation Committee. Holden’s term on the bench was set to expire in 2018.
