Hon. Charles Curless

Charles Curless serves as an associate circuit court judge for the 28th Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri, where he presides over a broad range of civil and criminal matters. In addition to his circuit court duties, he also functions as a municipal court judge for the municipalities of Golden City, Liberal, and Mindenmines in Barton County. Curless was re-elected to the 28th Judicial Circuit Court in 2014, running unopposed in both the Republican primary and the general election, and his term is set to expire on December 31, 2018. He earned his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, equipping him with a solid legal foundation for his judicial responsibilities.
