</p><p><b>Gerald A. Keene</b> is a multi-bench judge of the <a href="/Tioga_County_Court,_New_York" title="Tioga County Court, New York">Tioga County Court</a>, <a href="/Tioga_County_Family_Court,_New_York" title="Tioga County Family Court, New York">Tioga County Family Court</a> and <a href="/Tioga_County_Surrogate%27s_Court,_New_York" title="Tioga County Surrogate's Court, New York">Tioga County Surrogate's Court</a> in <a href="/New_York" title="New York">New York</a>. He was elected on Nov. 6, 2012 to succeed Judge <a href="/Vincent_Sgueglia" title="Vincent Sgueglia">Vincent Sgueglia</a>, effective January of 2013. His current term expires in 2022.
