Hon. Eric Hylden

Eric Hylden is a Sixth Judicial District judge serving St. Louis County, Minnesota. He was appointed to the bench on February 7, 2007, and subsequently elected to a full term in 2008. He secured re-election in 2014 for a term that expired in 2020. Prior to his judicial service, Hylden practiced law as an associate and later as a shareholder at Reyelts, Leighton, Bateman, and Hylden from 1987 to 2007. He earned a B.A. and B.A.A. from the University of Minnesota at Duluth in 1984 and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1987.
