Hon. Kim Kellogg-Martin

Kim Kellogg-Martin is a judge of the Logan County Family Court in Logan County, Ohio, having been elected to the position on November 4, 2014. She secured her seat by winning the Republican primary on May 6, 2014, and subsequently defeating Bridget D. Hawkins in the general election with 65.8 percent of the vote. Prior to her judgeship, Kellogg-Martin served in several legal and administrative roles, including as an assistant and chief prosecutor with the Logan County Prosecutor’s Office, head of the Logan County Child Support Enforcement Agency, and attorney in private practice. She also worked as an administrator for the National Emergency Grant program. Kellogg-Martin earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1984. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio and has experience in criminal law, family law, child support enforcement, and general private practice.
