</p><p><b>P. Randall Knece</b> is a judge on the <a href="/Pickaway_County_Court_of_Common_Pleas,_Ohio" title="Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas, Ohio">Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas</a> in Circleville, <a href="/Ohio" title="Ohio">Ohio</a>. He assumed office on January 1, 1995 and was re-elected in November 2012 to another six-year term, expiring on <a href="/C2018#December" class="mw-redirect" title="C2018">December 31, 2018</a>.<sup id="cite_ref-bio_1-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-bio-1">[1]</a></sup>

<h2><span class="mw-headline" id="Education">Education</span></h2>
<p>Knece his undergraduate degree from Capital University in 1977 and <a href="/J.D." class="mw-redirect" title="J.D.">J.D.</a> from Capital University Law School in 1981.<sup id="cite_ref-bio_1-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-bio-1">[1]</a></sup><sup id="cite_ref-2" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-2">[2]</a></sup>
</p>
<h2><span class="mw-headline" id="Career">Career</span></h2>
<p>Before joining the court, Knece served as an assistant prosecuting attorney and a county prosecutor for <a href="/Pickaway_County,_Ohio_(Judicial)" title="Pickaway County, Ohio (Judicial)">Pickaway County</a>. He has also served as the law director for the city of Circleville. During this time, Knece maintained his own private practice with a focus in business litigation, civil, and domestic cases.<sup id="cite_ref-bio_1-2" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-bio-1">[1]</a></sup>
</p>
