Hon. Alan R. Mayberry

Alan R. Mayberry is a seasoned legal professional serving as a judge on the Wood County Court of Common Pleas in Bowling Green, Ohio. He has presided over the General and Domestic Relations Divisions since 2003, having been re-elected in 2008 and 2014. Prior to his judgeship, Mayberry held the position of prosecuting attorney for Wood County from 1989 to 2003, where he also served as chief assistant prosecuting attorney, assistant prosecuting attorney, and city councilman. He has also worked as a referee and magistrate of the Wood County Municipal Court. Mayberry earned a B.S. in education and political science from Bowling Green State University and a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law. His distinguished service has earned him the District Award of Merit Outstanding Prosecuting Attorney and the Community Service Award from the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce.
