Hon. Preston Harbuck

Preston Harbuck served as an associate district judge for Atoka County in Oklahoma’s 25th Judicial District from 2010 until his term expired in January 2019. A graduate of Southeast Oklahoma State University (B.A.) and the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D.), Harbuck was first elected to the court in 2010, winning 60.27% of the primary vote and running unopposed in the general election. He was re-elected unopposed in 2014, continuing to preside over the district court until the end of his term. Throughout his tenure, Harbuck contributed to the administration of justice in Atoka County, upholding the rule of law and ensuring fair adjudication of cases.
