Hon. Jeffrey S. Bagley

Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Bagley has been a distinguished member of the judiciary in Georgia for over two decades. Since 2000, he has served as a Superior Court Judge and has led the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit as its Chief Judge since 2003. Prior to his current role, Judge Bagley presided over the State Court and Juvenile Court of Forsyth County, bringing a wealth of experience in civil, criminal, and family law matters. His notable achievements include delivering the State of the Courts Address and overseeing Accountability Courts, initiatives that have strengthened judicial accountability and transparency. A dedicated public servant, Judge Bagley is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia and the National Association of Drug Court Professionals.
