Hon. Donna Mowrer

Donna Mowrer is a judge serving on the Ninth Judicial District Court in New Mexico. She was appointed by Governor Susana Martinez in August 2011 and subsequently elected to the court in November 2012, where she was retained in 2014 with 80.4 percent of the vote. Prior to her judicial appointment, Mowrer served as a deputy district attorney in the Ninth District from 2001 until her appointment. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern New Mexico University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
