Hon. George Glonek

George L. Glonek is a distinguished circuit court judge serving the Douglas County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. Appointed by Governor Scott McCallum in October 2002, he has been elected to the position in 2003, 2009, and 2015, serving continuously until his term expires in 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in 1986 and a Juris Doctor from the same institution in 1989. Prior to his judgeship, Glonek served as a judicial court commissioner from 1997 to 2002 and worked as a private practice attorney from 1989 to 1997. His career reflects a commitment to the Wisconsin legal system and the community of Douglas County.
