Hon. Erin B. Marston

Erin B. Marston is a superior court judge for the Third Judicial District in Alaska. He was appointed by Governor Sean Parnell on September 24, 2012, and was re-elected in a retention election on November 8, 2016. Marston earned a B.A. from Colby College in 1982 and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific in 1985. Prior to his judicial appointment, he served as a partner at the Law Office of Marston & Cole, P.C., and held positions as associate at Koval & Featherly, P.C., and Stafford, Frey, Cooper & Stewart, as well as assistant district attorney in Alaska and a law clerk.
