Hon. David L. Mincey

David L. Mincey III is a Superior Court Judge in the Macon-Bibb, Crawford, and Peach Counties. He was appointed by Governor Nathan Deal in 2017. Prior to his appointment, he practiced law at Sell & Melton in Macon and later joined his father's firm in Roberta, Georgia. He served as Crawford County's attorney from 2009 onwards. Mincey is a fifth-generation graduate of Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. David L. Mincey II earned undergraduate and law degrees from Mercer University.
