<b>J. Mark Rogers</b> is a <a href="/Tennessee_Circuit_Courts" class="mw-redirect" title="Tennessee Circuit Courts">circuit court</a> judge for the <a href="/Sixteenth_Circuit_Court,_Tennessee" title="Sixteenth Circuit Court, Tennessee">Sixteenth Circuit Court</a> in <a href="/Tennessee" title="Tennessee">Tennessee</a>. The court oversees cases from <a href="/Rutherford_County,_Tennessee_(Judicial)" title="Rutherford County, Tennessee (Judicial)">Rutherford</a>, and <a href="/Cannon_County,_Tennessee_(Judicial)" title="Cannon County, Tennessee (Judicial)">Cannon</a> counties. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor <a href="/Phil_Bredesen" title="Phil Bredesen">Phil Bredesen</a> on July 16, 2004, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Steve Daniel. Rogers was elected to the court in 2006 and re-elected in 2014.
