Hon. Barry A. Fleming

Judge Barry Fleming has served as a Superior Court Judge in the Columbia Judicial Circuit since January 10, 2024. Prior to this appointment, he held various roles within the Georgia political landscape, including serving as a Georgia House of Representatives member from 2003 to 2009 and again from 2013 to 2024. He is also a founding partner at Fleming Nelson, LLP in Augusta.
