Hon. Clint G. Bearden

Clint G. Bearden is a Superior Court Judge for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, appointed by Governor Nathan Deal in January 2018. He previously served as a Magistrate Judge of the Dawson County Magistrate Court and practiced law with the Law Office of Speaker David Ralston. Bearden presides over the Hall County Drug Treatment Accountability Court’s Early Intervention, Young Adult, and Adult “Bravo” Track courts. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, holding both a bachelor's degree in political science and a law degree. Bearden is involved in various professional organizations and community activities.
