Hon. Danielle K. Douglas

Danielle K. Douglas serves as a judge on the Superior Court of Contra Costa County, California. She was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown on July 16, 2014, following the retirement of Judge William M. Kolin. Douglas earned a Bachelor’s degree from Missouri Western State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. Prior to her judgeship, she worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office from 2000 to 2013, then as an Assistant District Attorney in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office from 2013 to 2014.
