Hon. Kimberly A. Childs

Judge Kimberly A. Childs is a Superior Court Judge in the Cobb Judicial Circuit, having been elected in May 2016 and re-elected in 2020. Prior to her judicial career, she practiced law, representing businesses in commercial disputes. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2002 and earned an undergraduate degree in criminal justice from North Georgia College in 1994.
