Hon. Belinda E. Edwards

Judge Belinda E. Edwards has served as a Superior Court Judge in Fulton County, Georgia since 2017. Prior to that, she led the Fulton Juvenile Court as Chief Judge from 2008 to 2012 and served as a juvenile court judge from 2005 to 2008. Her career also includes roles as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the State Department of Community Affairs, practicing law with Atlanta Public Schools and the City of Atlanta, and serving as General Counsel at Morris Brown College. She is a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator. Judge Edwards earned a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. She is admitted to the bars of Georgia and California and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
