Terri Tipton Holder is a judge for the 149th District Court in Texas.[1] Holder is the first woman to serve as a district judge in Brazoria County.[2] She was elected in 2010 and re-elected in 2014. Her term expired on December 31, 2018.[3]

Education
Holder received a bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.[4]

Career
Prior to her election to the court, Holder worked as a prosecutor.[5]
