Hon. Richard D. Anderson

Richard D. Anderson is a judge serving the Third Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. He has held this position since his appointment in 1999 and has been retained by voters in subsequent elections. Prior to his judicial service, Anderson spent 18 years in private practice. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Kearney State College and a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, and he is a member in good standing of the Kansas Bar.
