Joseph P. Weber is a seasoned judge who has served the Clark County judicial system in Indiana for over three decades. Beginning his judicial career in 1988 as a judge on the Clarksville Town Court, he advanced to the Clark County Superior Court in 2008, where he presided over a broad range of civil and criminal matters until 2014. In 2014, he was elected to the Clark County Circuit Court, winning the general election with 51.7% of the vote against Kyle P. Williams after running unopposed in the Democratic primary. He served on the Circuit Court from January 1, 2015, until December 31, 2020, overseeing complex cases and contributing to the administration of justice in the region.
