Hon. Mark Boessenecker

Mark Boessenecker is a seasoned legal professional serving as a judge on the Superior Court of Napa County, California. He was appointed to the bench in 2007 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and has held the position since. Prior to his judicial appointment, Boessenecker served as Chief Deputy District Attorney for Napa County from 2004 to 2007 and as Deputy District Attorney in San Mateo County from 1986 to 2003. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Juris Doctor from Hastings College of the Law. Boessenecker was re-elected unopposed in the 2016 California local judicial election.
