Hon. David Neal Riggins

David Riggins is a judge on the Shelby County Superior Court in Indiana, having been appointed by Governor Mitch Daniels in December 2010 and re-elected in 2014 for a term that expired on December 31, 2020. Prior to his judicial appointment, Riggins served as a deputy prosecutor for Shelby County from 1996 to 2010, where he handled criminal prosecutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University. Riggins has been recognized for his service as Chief of the Moral Township Volunteer Fire Department and for his unopposed elections in both the Republican primary and the general election in 2014.
