Transferring, secreting, encumbering, alienating, destroying or, in any way, dissipating assets of SteamIQ Inc., Latency, LLC, Enthalpy and MPS including, but not limited to, those assets still in the name of either SteamIQ, Inc. and Latency, LLC, as well as those improperly transferred by Owens from SteamIQ, Inc. and Latency, LLC to Enthalpy and MPS; provided, however, sums payable by Enthalpy in the ordinary course of business (i.e., ordinary accounts payable excluding the payment of any sums to Owens, any family member of Owens, any friend or business partner of Owens (other than Nesbitt), and any other entity owned, in whole or in part, by Owens, any family member of Owners and any friend or business partner of Owens (other than Nesbitt) may continue to be paid in the ordinary course of business; c. Transferring, secreting, encumbering, alienating, destroying or, in any way, dissipating Owens' personal assets or any interest, direct or indirect, he may have in any asset owned by or held for his benefit and regardless of whether those assets owned solely by them jointly with other persons; provided, however, that enjoinment from the dissipation of his own personal assets excludes reasonable amounts extended to retain counsel to represent him in this action as well as his reasonable and ordinary living expenses; d. Engaging in any activity that will diminish the assets of steamIQ Inc., Latency, LLC, MPS and/or Enthalpy except expenditures in the ordinary course of business. The foregoing specifically enjoins making distributions and paying compensation to Owens and any of his family members, as well as other persons acting for him or in concert with him; provided, however, Enthalpy may pay total compensation to Owens at levels consistent with past practice prior to January 1, 2022 at Latency and SIQ (i.e., Owens is not to receive in excess of $165,000 annually inclusive of all benefits), but Enthalpy may not make payments or reimbursement for travel, entertainment, vehicle lease or rentals, club memberships or the like; e. Opening, using or transferring funds, revenues or other business monies of Steam IQ Inc., Latency, LLC, MPS or Enthalpy into any new bank account; and f. Engaging professionals in connection with this action and paying legal fees in connection with this action from the assets of SteamIQ Inc., Latency, LLC, MPS or Enthalpy. 3. Owens, MPS and Enthalpy, those acting or purporting to act on the behalf of any of them, in concert with any of them or at the request or direction of any of them, and all other persons having actual notice of the Order are ordered to conduct the business of Team IQ, Inc., Latency, LLC, MPS and Enthalpy and to do so only in the ordinary course of business. 4.
