Accordingly, the clerk of this court shall remove Shain G. Manuele and Manuele Law LLC as appellant's counsel and add Mr. Hoffman to the docket as counsel for appellant. Further, review of the documents before this court reveals that this appeal is subject to the criminal fast track provisions of NRAP 3C. The clerk of this court shall redesignate this appeal as a fast track appeal. Appellant shall have 7 days from the date of this order to file, in this court, a file-stamped copy of the rough draft transcript request form and proof of service of that document, or a certificate stating that no transcripts will be requested, see NRAP 3C(d)(3)(A), (D), and the docketing statement, see NRAP 14, which is currently overdue.
