Your case is unique, but you are not alone.
About 41,000 new cases are filed in U.S. courts every weekday. Behind each one is a person trying to understand what happens next. Here’s what the public record can tell you about this matter — and about the people deciding it.
Is this judge more likely to rule for the plaintiff or the defendant in cases of this type?
How has your attorney actually performed in front of this judge?
AICasePredict surfaces patterns from public court records. We don’t predict outcomes and we don’t recommend changing your attorney — that’s a conversation for you and them. We just show you what the record already says.

- Court Order Issued Appellants have filed a motion to stay notice of appeal and to consolidate ED113824, ED113933, and a forthcoming appeal. Respondent has filed a motion to reconsider and suggestions in opposition. Appellants did not file a response to the motion to reconsider. A notice of appeal was filed on August 21, 2025 from an order dated July 8, 2025 and a July 15, 2025 decree approving minor settlement. This appeal was given appeal No. ED113824. Subsequently, Appellants filed a notice of appeal from a September 17, 2025 order dismissing the underlying claims due to the purported settlement. This appeal was given appeal No. ED113933. On October 28, 2025, the circuit clerk sent a ?Supplemental Notice of Appeal? to this Court, which was processed in appeal No. ED113933. Upon filing of this motion, the Court realized it was a separate notice of appeal from a judgment entered on June 3, 2025, and it has been given appeal No. ED114055. Appellants assert they will file yet another (fourth) notice of appeal after an October 14, 2025 order and judgment amending the July 15, 2025 order and decree becomes final. Appellants move to consolidate the appeals from the settlement-related orders (ED113824 and ED113933) and to stay the appeal from the June 3, 2025 judgment (the verdict judgment), which is now ED114055. Respondents consent to the motion to stay appeal No. ED114055. They also consent to the consolidation of ED113824 and ED113933. They ask this Court to reconsider its prior order extending the due date for the record on appeal in ED113824. Appellants' motion to consolidate is granted. Appeal Nos. ED113824 and ED113933 are hereby ordered consolidated in appeal No. ED113824. All future filings shall be in appeal No. ED113824. The due date of the record on appeal in appeal No. ED113824 is amended to December 22, 2025. Appellants may file a motion to consolidate any forthcoming appeals when they are filed. As to appeal No. ED1114055, the motion to stay the appeal is granted.
