THE DEFENDANT WAS NOT PRESENT IN THE COURTROOM WHEN THIS OCCURED, HOWEVER HE RETURNED BEFORE THE PLAINTIFF LEFT AND HE WAS GIVEN A COPY OF THE ORDER CONTINUING EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE ORDER AND WAS TOLD TO APPEAR FOR HEARING ON THE COURT DATE AND THAT THE PROTECTIVE ORDER WAS STILL IN EFFECT.
