He stated that he was served the paperwork the same day as he was transported from Adair to Shelby County Jail. Neither could give an answer as to what happened to these papers. Spoke with the Circuit Clerk and the Honorable Thomas Redington for the answer. Returned a call to the Shelby Co SO and advised the Deputy that if they would allow him, he can, or they could go on Represent Yourself in Missouri and print out the Respondent's Section and fax them back to us. The Deputy I spoke with said they do not have Adobe Acrobat. He will tell the inmate that he should speak with his attorney for assistance. lag
