If there is more than one Trial Counsel for a party, only one Trial Counsel for that party shall have his or her microphone unmuted during witness testimony. D. Absent leave of Court, witnesses may not cover their faces while testifying. E. The Court prohibits anyone (including Trial Counsel) from privately communicating with any witness, through text, private chat, or in any other manner, while that witness is testifying. Should Trial Counsel wish to display at trial any document not contained in the parties' Exhibit Binders, Trial Counsel must ask the Court for leave to do that.
