Your case is unique, but you are not alone.
About 41,000 new cases are filed in U.S. courts every weekday. Behind each one is a person trying to understand what happens next. Here’s what the public record can tell you about this matter — and about the people deciding it.
Is this judge more likely to rule for the plaintiff or the defendant in cases of this type?
How has your attorney actually performed in front of this judge?
AICasePredict surfaces patterns from public court records. We don’t predict outcomes and we don’t recommend changing your attorney — that’s a conversation for you and them. We just show you what the record already says.

- Filed Order. Notwithstanding its untimeliness, appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the transcript request form is granted. The transcript request form was filed on March 7, 2025. However, the transcript request form is deficient. It does not contain a file-stamped copy of the original transcript request filed in the district court, the court recorder/reporter is not identified, and the proof of service is not in compliance with NRAP 25(d). Accordingly, the clerk shall strike the transcript request form filed on March 7, 2025. Appellant shall have 7 days from the date of this order to file and serve a transcript request form that complies with this court's rules. On February 3, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve the docketing statement within 21 days. To date, appellant has failed to comply with the notice. Appellant shall have 7 days from the date of this order to file and serve the docketing statement. (SC)
- Filed Order Regarding Pro Bono Counsel and Directing Transmission of Record. Having considered the documents transmitted by the district court and appellant's informal brief, this court has determined that the appointment of pro bono counsel to represent appellant would assist this court in reviewing this appeal. By this order, the court expresses no opinion as to the merits of this appeal. This case is hereby referred to the program established by the Pro Bono Committee to evaluate whether appellant can benefit from the program. Accordingly, the clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this order, the attached district court order, and case summary to the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada for financial eligibility screening. If appellant qualifies and does not object to pro bono counsel, the Legal Aid Center in cooperation with the Pro Bono Committee shall locate a volunteer attorney from the program to represent appellant. Once an attorney is located, the attorney shall file a notice of appearance in this court within 60 days from the date of this order. Briefing and oral argument will be scheduled thereafter. The deadlines for filing documents in this appeal shall be suspended pending further order of this court. This court has further concluded that review of the complete record is warranted. Accordingly, within 30 days from the date of this order, the clerk of the district court shall transmit to the clerk of this court a certified copy of the trial court record in District Court Case No. A-23-866461-C.
