  10. rder Petitioner appears in person; respondent appears in person; case comes on for hearing; court finds that it has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter of this litigation; parties? marriage is irretrievably broken and cannot be preserved and, therefore, marriage is dissolved; property and debts shall be divided as set forth in Exhibit B attached to the petition filed in this case, court finding the proposed division not to be unconscionable without giving any consideration to the parties' undisclosed remaining items of personal property that they have yet to divide, the parties representing to this court that they can divide those assets fully and fairly; court finds that there were 3 children born to the parties during the marriage and that the petitioner is not now pregnant; legal and physical custody of the children is awarded jointly to the parties as set forth in the proposed parenting plan filed by the parties and Exhibit A attached to the petition filed in this case, which the court finds to be in the best interests of the children; the court, based upon the agreement of the parties, finds the application of the Missouri Supreme Court guidelines to the facts of this case to be unjust and inappropriate; to the contrary, based upon all relevant factors, respondent shall pay child support to petitioner in the monthly amount of $600; the first payment shall be due on the 1st day of May, 2025 and continue to be due and payable on the 1st day of each month thereafter until further order of the court; all payments shall be made to the Family Support Center of Jefferson City, Missouri as trustee for the petitioner; neither party shall pay maintenance to the other and this conclusion is not modifiable; each party shall satisfy their own attorney fees; costs are assessed against petitioner; court rejects the parties' proposed decree finding it to be wholly inadequate in light of the issues in this case; court orders parties to submit an appropriate decree and redacted decree no later than June 5, 2025; court further orders the parties to efile a form 14.; finally, court orders parties to merge the terms of their efiled parenting plan and Exhibit A into one parenting plan for the court to incorporate into the decree by reference for clarity.
