HIRSCH, was filed on June 25, 2025; that said Will is duly executed, witnessed and self-proved, and said Will is admitted for probate. The Court further finds that no other person having a right to priority of appointment as personal representative has requested appointment as personal representative of the estate; that the surviving spouse and children of Petitioner have submitted their written requests for appointment of Petitioner as personal representative of the estate; and that decedent designated Petitioner to serve as personal representative of the estate as set forth in Section 3.01 of the Will. The Court finds that Petitioner is a suitable person to be appointed as personal representative of the estate, and she is so appointed. The Court finds that Petitioner has requested waiver of bond and independent administration, which are authorized by the Will. The Court orders the Clerk to issue letters of independent administration to Petitioner. Bond is waived. Due to the security concerns expressed by Petitioner, the Court orders the security level be raised as to the e-filed copy of the Will and the original Will.
