The Respondent does not have a court appointed guardian or a court appointed conservator. That an emergency exists which presents a substantial risk that serious physical harm will occur to the Respondent and irreparable damage will occur to the Respondent's property because of Respondent's failure or inability to provide for essential needs or protect property. Respondent's condition requires placement in a home residence with guardian supervision type of living situation which the court finds to be the least restrictive environment to be selected by respondent's guardians, unless and until the guardians finds such placement to be inappropriate. The Court appoints Darla and Brandon McClain as Emergency Co-Guardians and Emergency Co-Conservators to act independently.
