Respondent was advised by the Sheriff's Deputies that he would be taken into custody if he did not comply and he continued to refuse to comply. The Court hereby finds Respondent to be in Direct Contempt of Court and orders that he shall be taken into custody by the Sheriff's Department and held in the Clay County Detention Center until further Order of the Court or the payment of $1,000.00 CASH BOND to secure his future compliance with Court Orders. Petitioner is granted a Judgment against Respondent herein in the amount of $500.00 for her attorney's fees in association with this matter based upon Respondent's prior failure and refusal -- on two occasions -- to return the child to the State of Missouri pursuant to prior Court Order. Ms. DelPercio to provide proposed Judgment accordingly for the Court's signature. Once the Judgment for Attorney's Fees becomes final, Petitioner will dismiss her Petition for Child Protection Order.
