- ocket Entry On this day, the Court rendered as follows: The parties are appointed Temporary Joint Managing Conservators. Dad shall have the exclusive right to designate the primary residence within Brazoria County and contiguous counties. The right to consent to medical, dental, and surgical treatment involving invasive procedures shall require the agreement of the parents. Absent an agreement, the decision of the treating physician shall control. The right to consent to psychiatric and psychological treatment shall require the agreement of the parents. Absent an agreement, the decision of the treating physician shall control. The right to make education decisions shall require the agreement of the parents. Absent an agreement, the decision of the school principal, counselor, or administrator shall control. Dad shall have the right to enroll in school. The right to consent to marriage and enlistment in the armed services requires the agreement of the parents. All other rights are to be exercised independently. Mother to have visitation at all times the parties mutually agree. Absent agrmt, mother to have Standard Possession Order. Child Support set at $1,840.00 per month beginning 05/01/25. Wife is awarded the temporary use of the following property: (1) The Camry motor vehicle(s). (2) All household furniture, furnishings, fixtures, goods, appliances, and equipment in the possession of or subject to the sole control of Wife, except as may otherwise be specified herein. (3) All clothing, jewelry, and other personal effects in the possession of or subject to the sole control of Wife, except as may be otherwise specified herein. Husband is awarded the temporary use of the following property: (1) The marital residence located at 2815 Knob Hill St., Pearland, TX. (2) All household furniture, furnishings, fixtures, goods, appliances, and equipment in the possession of or subject to the sole control of Husband, except as may otherwise be specified herein. (3) All clothing, jewelry, and other personal effects in the possession of or subject to the sole control of Husband, except as may be otherwise specified herein. (4) The Lincoln motor vehicle(s). The following debts and liabilities shall temporarily be paid by Wife: (1) The monthly payment on the mortgage (including principal, interest, taxes, and insurance escrow) or rent on the residence of the Wife. (2) All utilities associated with residence of Wife. (3) The monthly payment on the motor vehicle temporarily awarded to Wife. (4) Vehicle insurance associated with the vehicle(s) temporarily awarded to Wife. (5) All charges and liabilities incurred solely by Wife from and after the date of separation. The following debts and liabilities shall temporarily be paid by Husband: (1) The monthly payment on the mortgage (including principal, interest, taxes, and insurance escrow) or rent on the residence temporarily awarded to Husband. (2) All utilities associated with residence of Husband. (3) The monthly payment on the motor vehicle temporarily awarded to Husband. (4) Vehicle insurance associated with the vehicle(s) temporarily awarded to Husband. (5) All charges and liabilities incurred solely by Husband from and after the date of separation. Wife to vacate the marital home no later than 5;00 pm on April 30, 2025. Wife to return to the marital residence any property of the marriage (furnishings, fixtures, etc.) removed or sold, to the extent possible, by her by 5:00 pm on 04/30/25. Temporary Spousal Support -Wife shall pay to Husband temporary support of $1,500.00 per month, commencing on the 1st day of May, 2025, until further order. Payments shall be directly to the party.
