She shall keep the student loan debt, the Chase Bank and Bank of America accounts credit cards and all bank accounts in her name. Respondent shall be awarded Edwards Jones Accounts. Both parties waive any reimbursements, equalization payments and spousal support. Spousal support shall be terminated and set at $0.00. Each party to pay their own attorneys fees. Court finds: This is an uncontested dissolution of marriage. Parties waive rights to notice of trial, written statement of decision, right to move for a new trial and right to appeal. Petitioner stipulates to the 2105 waiver. Judgment granted. Court acquired jurisdiction on by Response. Judgment effective upon date of filing. Wife's former name reserved. Judgment effective upon date of filing or no less than 6 months and 1 day from jurisdictional date. He or She is to prepare and submit the judgment for filing.
