  10. Judgment on Dissolution Judgment & Decree of Dissolution of Marriage Entered. Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner the sum of $500.00 per month in child support. The same shall be payable to the Family Support Payment Center via wage assignment, first payment due on July 1, 2024 with payments due on the 1st day of each month thereafter, until the child becomes emancipated. The Petitioner shall provide medical insurance for the child. The Petitioner shall receive a judgment against the Respondent in the amount of $45,000.00 as and for an equalization of the marital estate payable within ninety days of the entry of the judgment in this case. Each party shall pay their own attorney fees. The costs of this proceeding are taxed to the Petitioner.

Child Support is ordered to be made through the Family Support Payment Center as Trustee, as per Section 454.530, RSMo. Health Insurance on child to be maintained by Petitioner. Right to claim minor child as IRS dependent granted to Petitioner. (Oral) Property Settlement is not unconscionable and therefore approved. Maintenance waived and deemed non-modifiable.
