If the parties reach agreement as to these issues, the parties shall provide the stipulated language for the insurance question and procedure regarding affirmative responses. If no agreement is achieved, each party shall bring their proposed language for the insurance question, if it is to be asked, together with suggestions regarding affirmative responses, to the pretrial conference. Motions for summary judgment shall be filed at least 120 days prior to the trial setting date. So Ordered.
