Your case is unique, but you are not alone.

About 41,000 new cases are filed in U.S. courts every weekday. Behind each one is a person trying to understand what happens next. Here’s what the public record can tell you about this matter — and about the people deciding it.

  • Know your judge

Every judge has a pattern — what they grant, what they deny, how they handle the kinds of motions your case will see.

  • Know your attorney

See an attorney’s actual track record — case types, courts, and how they’ve performed in front of this judge before.

  • Know your court

Every courthouse has its own rhythm — filing-to-resolution times, common dispositions, how often cases like yours settle.

Is this judge more likely to rule for the plaintiff or the defendant in cases of this type?

How has your attorney actually performed in front of this judge?

AICasePredict surfaces patterns from public court records. We don’t predict outcomes and we don’t recommend changing your attorney — that’s a conversation for you and them. We just show you what the record already says.

Mr. Salinas ("J" in docs) has since confirmed that the victim in the planned premeditated sexual assault of a State of Texas citizen WAS NOT him.
  8. PLD:CV OTHER Garcia wreaked absolute chaos on Mr Salinas??? mental stability and grasp on reality. Garcia attempted to get both me and my former spouse addicted to (and to help him push / sell) highly addictive/ illegal substances such as crystal meth, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, GHB, Molly, etc. Garcia would GIVE various hardcore illegal narcotics to my former spouse FOR FREE to bring back to OUR living space. Former spouse, in a crippling mental state of uncertainty, fell victim to THIS PREDATOR's textbook 101 tricks / lies / manipulation of the idiot drug dealer???s trade to be deviant, negligent, unlawful and reckless. Garcia tried to push former spouse into narcotics trafficking via Cash App (what he uses/ used at the time). Garcia forced and administered hardcore illegal narcotics (crystal meth, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, GHB, Molly, etc.) upon Mr. Salinas via manipulation, ???caring for??? and brainwashing which ultimately (over 2+ years 24/7/365) directly contributed to exacerbating Mr Salinas???s already severe, clinically diagnosed cognitive and emotional struggles to the point that the former spouse could not even function / get out of bed to be a productive citizen. Garcia recklessly, consciously and willingly continued doping up former spouse up to the point of overdosing twice and because of Garcia???s federal offending relentless vile deviant character, former spouse couldn???t function / wasn???t capable of even working to pay his OWN bills nor his mutual marital financial responsibilities by law. As of today, Garcia continues to relentlessly, sabotage and undermine Mr Salinas???s attempts to remove himself from Garcia's illegal narcotics addiction grasp, proximity and become a productive citizen again. Garcia uses the excuse of ???checking in??? on Mr Salinas, as a way to reengage, initiate triggers, relapses and ultimately expose Mr Salians to his 24/7/365 access to hardcore illegal addictive substances at his residence or personal stashes locally and around the State of Texas.
