Clerk is directed to issue Certificate of Clerk in accordance with Section 473.097 R.S.Mo. The Court dispenses with filing of bond based upon the fact that Applicant is the daughter of Decedent and she paid the funeral expenses in full and said expenses were more than the assets listed in Exhibit "A".
