The Court finds the Petitioner and Respondent were residents of this State for more than 90 days prior to filing and 30 days have elapsed since the filing of the action. The Court finds there remains no reasonable likelihood the marriage can be preserved and the marriage is irretrievably broken. The wife is not now pregnant. The marriage is ordered dissolved. The Court finds the following child/children born of the marriage: AMS, age 11. The Court finds it has statutory authority to enter an initial child custody determination under the UCCJEA Sections 452.700 to 452.930 RSMo. The parties are granted joint legal and joint physical custody of the child/ren with the father's residence designated as the child/ren's address for mailing and educational purposes in accordance with the parenting plan [Exhibit 1] which is filed and approved in compliance with Section 452.310 RSMo. and to be made part of the judgment as required by Section 452.375.9 RSMo. The notice set forth in Section 452.377.11 RSMo. concerning relocation of the child/children is ordered placed in the formal judgment. The presumed amount of support for mother to pay father is $0.00 per month. No child support is ordered. Said amount is in accordance with Rule 88, Form 14 and statutory guidelines and calculations, and the Form 14 is ordered filed. In accordance with Section 452.350 RSMo., the parties are notified that should the obligation for support become a IV-D obligation then the person paying child support shall notify the Family Support Division regarding the availability of medical insurance coverage through an employer or group plan, provide the name of the provider when coverage is available and inform the division of any change in access to such insurance coverage. Marital and non-marital property and marital indebtedness determined, divided, set over and allocated in accordance with the Statement of Property and Debt/parties' the property settlement agreement which is found to be fair not unconscionable and disposes of all property. This division is incorporated by reference into the formal judgment and the parties ordered to perform the terms thereof. No maintenance is requested and none granted. This order is non-modifiable.
