Your case is unique, but you are not alone.
About 41,000 new cases are filed in U.S. courts every weekday. Behind each one is a person trying to understand what happens next. Here’s what the public record can tell you about this matter — and about the people deciding it.
Is this judge more likely to rule for the plaintiff or the defendant in cases of this type?
How has your attorney actually performed in front of this judge?
AICasePredict surfaces patterns from public court records. We don’t predict outcomes and we don’t recommend changing your attorney — that’s a conversation for you and them. We just show you what the record already says.

- DOCKET ENTRY Plaintiffs' counsel and defense counsel appeared for a hearing regarding Plaintiffs' Motion to compel. Some issues were resolved prior to hearing. The following issues were addressed: RFP #14- Defendants do not have a specific bank account for this project so nothing responsive in that way. Defendants' counsel will determine if a record of applicable transactions can be produced via Quick Books or similar means and produce those reports if possible. If this is not possible, Plaintiff will specify the transactions about which he has payment concerns and Defendants will produce canceled checks or other proof that the sub or supplier has been paid. RFP 7- 1099's are not broken down by job so Defendants will attempt to prepare quick books reports or something similar and if not possible, will provide a canceled check or other proof of payment for transactions specified by Plaintiffs.RFP 16- was not addressed by Plaintiffs' motion, but Defendants supplemented with responsive materials last week. RFP 8- Defendants have supplemented and complied with this request. RFP 6- Defendants have supplemented and fully responded. RFP 2- As with other requests, Defendants will attempt to produce Quick Books type reports of all transactions, but if this is not possible, they will produce canceled checks or proof of payment for transactions about which Plaintiffs have specifically inquired. RFPS 12 and 13- Defendants have supplemented and responded. Defense counsel with supplement if other documents are newly discovered in accordance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
