The Court further finds that all heirs are known to the Court, including surviving spouse and 5 adult children, and that said heirs are entitled to an interest in the asset aforementioned. Court hereby orders that Janice Kay Lair, surviving spouse, is entitled to the statutory spousal distribution, plus one-half the remaining balance of the value of the capital credit; thereafter, individually and equally, the adult minor children shall be entitled to the remaining balance, as more specifically set for in the Judgment herein filed. That after final distribution has been made, Attorney Seidel shall file with this Court, receipts or supporting documentation attendant to final distribution. IT IS SO ORDERED.
