In addition, the Court imposes mutual temporary injunctions against any illegal drug use or ETOH use. Parents are ordered to sign-up for the Talking Parents app and to provide the other parent with their information by 5:00 p.m. 01/07/2022. Parents are ordered to notify the other parent of any medical or dental visits for the child as soon as practical via Talking Parents, no later than 24 hours after learning of or scheduling a medical or dental visit. Both parents are authorized to attend such visits. The remainder of TO issues are taken under advisement and will be ruled upon after receipt of drug testing results.
